 ntributor to The Daily Beast\, Foreign Policy\, The Globe &amp\; Mail\, an
 d Financial Times\, and his work has appeared in the New York Times\, Wash
 ington Post\, The Atlantic\, New Republic\, Guardian\, Foreign Affairs\, V
 ox\, and Politico Magazine\, among other outlets.\n\nHe is the co-author o
 f State with No Army\, Army with No State: Evolution of the Palestinian Au
 thority Security Forces 1994-2018\, and the contributing author on Israel
 ’s social protest demonstrations for The Occupy Handbook\, a chronicle o
 f the global “Occupy” movement.\nMr. Zilber holds a bachelor’s degre
 e from the School of Foreign Service\, Georgetown University and a master
 ’s degree from the Department of War Studies\, King’s College London.\
