DESCRIPTION:Saturday evening includes Maariv and Eicha at 9:00 p.m.\nSunday
  morning minyan begins at 9:15 a.m.&nbsp\; Tisha B'Av (which will include 
 Torah and Haftarah reading).&nbsp\;\n\nTisha B'Av commemorates the destruc
 tion of the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem and the subsequent exile
  of the Jews from the Land of Israel. The day also commemorates other trag
 edies which occurred on the same day. It is a fast day and is regarded as 
 the saddest day on the Jewish calendar. Due to the solemnity of the day\, 
 ritual practices parallel those of a traditional mourner at shiva\, specif
 ically sitting on the floor. While not required\, congregants are encourag
 ed to sit on the floor during the reading of Eicha\, the Book of Lamentati
