North Shore Senior Center Program
Stuart Simon tells the stories of various folk singers from the 1950s to the present day with many of these famous Canadian and American artists. To illustrate their outstanding talent, he will provide vocal performance with accompaniment on six and twelve string guitars and a banjo. Some of these featured names include Tom Paxton, James Taylor, Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver, Harry Chapin, Joan Baez, Peter, Paul and Mary, Joni Mitchell, the Chad Mitchell Trio, Woody Guthrie, and Simon and Garfunkel. So many of these great performers will bring back fond musical memories of the past.
