Selichot: Addressing Condolence Notes & Wrapping New Member Gifts

A gathering to address notes of condolence to members who have lost relatives during the past year and let them know that Women’s Network has made a donation in their memory. We will also address notes of welcome to new members and wrap their welcome gifts. As we simultaneously reflect on the past year and look forward to the coming year, we can also individually prepare for the High Holy Days.

Born and raised in Tehran’s Jewish community, Jacqueline witnessed firsthand the Iranian Revolution, the Iran-Iraq War, and the dramatic transformation of life under the Islamic Republic. Her presentation will feature personal photographs, historical context, and a live Q&A, with books available for purchase and signing to follow.
